  • The Roanoke Wing Fest | Aug 22, 2015

  • The Roanoke Wing Fest Presented by Haley Scion returns for its 6th year in Downtown Roanoke!  Join us as our local wing restaurants compete for best wing in town.  Last year's winner, Allsports Cafe, will be there to defend their crown.  Do the other wing vendors have what it takes?  We'll find out at this year's Roanoke Wing Fest.  Make sure you buy your tickets in advance and print at home to avoid the line at the gate!  Same price, no fees.

  • Cornhole Signups - Tailgaters United

  • Registration is open for stand-by teams in the Tailgaters United Cornhole Tourney.  32 teams have registered but if someone drops out you can still sign up now.  We may also expand the tournament as we have in years past if we get enough teams to justify it.  To register please follow these instructions.  Send an email to WingFest@sponsorhounds.com with ALL of the following information:

  • Team Name
    2 players names
    Email addresses for both
    Phone numbers for both

If all of this information is not included you will not be registered.  There is no fee to enter the tourney but there is a $5 ticket required to enter The Roanoke Wing Fest.

  • Wing Vendors

  • Allsports Cafe

They've been voted Best Place to Watch the Game and Best Wings by the readers of the Roanoker Magazine, but most importantly they've won both People's Choice Best Wing and first place in the judged competition for consecutive years. Visit Allsports Cafe downtown in the market building to check out the trophies. Proof that Allsports is the top dog the other vendors are gunning for. Allsports doesn't take it for granted. Our judged scores are always close and the crew at Allsports knows they have to stay on top of their game to bring home the win again.

  • Bootleg BBQ

Bootleg BBQ is a product of Floyd Va! The fine bootleggers are making their first appearance at the Roanoke Wing Fest and they're bringing the smoke. The tender morsels of pulled pork dripping with flavor are a great start but wait until you try their smoked wings. Check them out on facebook for pictures that will make your mouth water and then try out their amazing food at the Roanoke Wing Fest!

  • Buffalo Wild Wings

It all started in 1982 with one restaurant in Columbus, OH. Since then Buffalo Wild Wings has grown to have a store in every state in the U.S. and Roanoke is lucky enough to have 2! So what makes Buffalo Wild Wings special? They'd say it's these three things: Wings. Beer. Sports.™ Buffalo Wild Wings has won several awards at the Roanoke Wing Fest including the top prize a couple years ago. With 42 different wing varieties you're sure to find something you love at B-Dubs.

  • CiCi's

CiCi's Pizza is famous for their never ending, request taking, fill you up on-the-cheap buffet...but you may not know that they recently introduced some great cCrisp baked buffalo wings with your choice of dipping sauce: Hot & Mild Buffalo, BBQ & Garlic Parmesan. It would be hard to bake wings at the Roanoke Wing Fest so CiCi's is switching it up for the event and gunning for the top spot with custom made sauces. Get ready for an all-out wing war.

  • Corned Beef & Co.

Corned Beef and Co. is a downtown Roanoke staple!  The restaurant's menu consists of a wide variety of appetizers, sandwiches, great unique salads, steak, chicken and pasta entrees, and superior brick oven pizzas. All of the sauces are made in house and the boneless wings have become famous in the Roanoke Valley.
