  • The Roanoke Wing Fest Presented by Haley Scion returns for its 6th year in Downtown Roanoke!  Join us as our local wing restaurants compete for best wing in town.  Last year's winner, Allsports Cafe, will be there to defend their crown.  Do the other wing vendors have what it takes?  We'll find out at this year's Roanoke Wing Fest.

  • Wing Vendors

  • Allsports Cafe

They've been voted Best Place to Watch the Game and Best Wings by the readers of the Roanoker Magazine, but most importantly they've won both People's Choice Best Wing and first place in the judged competition for consecutive years. Visit Allsports Cafe downtown in the market building to check out the trophies. Proof that Allsports is the top dog the other vendors are gunning for. Allsports doesn't take it for granted. Our judged scores are always close and the crew at Allsports knows they have to stay on top of their game to bring home the win again.

  • Awful Arthur's

Awful Arthur's may be known by its full name "Awful Arthur's Seafood Company" but the restaurant is much more than seafood. Want some of the best bar food in town? Check out AA's. Awful's wings continue to rank highly in our People's Choice Best Wing Competition and score near the top consistantly in the judged competition. If you want wings done right in traditional sauce they're one of the best in town! Check out Awful's wings at the Roanoke Wing Fest.

  • Bootleg BBQ

Bootleg BBQ is a product of Floyd Va! The fine bootleggers are making their first appearance at the Roanoke Wing Fest and they're bringing the smoke. The tender morsels of pulled pork dripping with flavor are a great start but wait until you try their smoked wings. Check them out on facebook for pictures that will make your mouth water and then try out their amazing food at the Roanoke Wing Fest!

  • Buffalo Wild Wings

It all started in 1982 with one restaurant in Columbus, OH. Since then Buffalo Wild Wings has grown to have a store in every state in the U.S. and Roanoke is lucky enough to have 2! So what makes Buffalo Wild Wings special? They'd say it's these three things: Wings. Beer. Sports.™ Buffalo Wild Wings has won several awards at the Roanoke Wing Fest including the top prize a couple years ago. With 42 different wing varieties you're sure to find something you love at B-Dubs.

  • Kroger

What you may not know about Kroger is that there are highly trained and respected chefs at a bunch of the Kroger locations in Roanoke. The Roanoke Wing Fest is obviously a great opportunity to bring that to your attention but it also gives the chefs a chance to compete among each other. The head chefs from across the area enjoy competing for your taste bud's approval every year and they always bring some of the most creative sauces. There are close to 20 Kroger stores in our area...does that mean 20 different wings? We'll have to wait to find out!

  • Martin's

Martin's has been around since 2005 and in that 9 years its made Roanoke a cooler place to be. The Restaurant has won numerous awards including several Rib Cookoff trophies and City Magazine, The Roanoke Times, and The Roanoker awards for Food, Drink, Atmosphere, and even Music Venue of the Year from the folks at Home Grown Music Network! Martin's brings an especially awesome variety of wings to the Roanoke Wing Fest and we're excited to have them back again!
